Are you a dynamic Operations Manager with solar industry experience, looking to take a leading role and shape the business in a rapidly expanding company?

This globally renowned company are quickly becoming the no.1 Energy Solutions provider in North America. They are looking for an Operations Manager with a background in Solar, to be the backbone of all operations and effectively manage various sectors.
On offer is a fast-paced role in which you'll manage all aspects of operations and play a pivotal part in developing individuals and growing your own teams.
This role would suit a seasoned Solar Manager, looking to take on a high responsibility role and mould your own departments.
The Role:
- Responsible for ensuring all operations are running smoothly.
- Managing various departments and effectively leading teams.

The Candidate:
- An enthusiastic leader, with existing experience in managing teams and overseeing operations.
- Experienced within the Solar/ Renewables field- managing ESPC projects is highly desirable.
- A degree in Project Management, Construction Management or Engineering.
- The ability to travel to sites across the US as required (25% travel).
