This role would suit an individual from customer service background looking to progress their career in a dynamic office environment while being responsible for company efficiency.

The Role:

• Process and manage customer orders from receipt to delivery.
• Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure order fulfilment.
• Monitor order status and proactively resolve any issues or delays.

The Person:

• Customer service background.
• Proven experience in order management, preferably within a corporate office and manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
