£35,000 - £43,000 (OTE £46,000 +) + Premium Overtime + Specific Training Provided + >£1,000 Bonus + Private Health + Life Insurance + 33 Days Holiday + Company benefits
An excellent opportunity for a Plant fitter looking to specialise within a leading lifting equipment provider, where you will be offered training to develop into an expert within the sector, meanwhile progressing through the business.
Do you have experience with Hydraulic plant equipment? Are you looking to specialise in lifting equipment?
This established business cater to a range of clients nationally and are now looking for an additional plant fitter to work out of their depot near Dunmow/Braintree. They are known for their care and investment in their workforce which is reflected In their high retention rates and low staff turnover.
The role itself will be based primarily out of the depot, with occasional travel to customer sites. You will be servicing and maintaining the range of equipment on site.
Therefore having experience working on other hydraulic or diesel powered plant equipment will be advantageous. Prior lifting equipment experience is desired but not essential, as the business are willing to offer training to an individual with the right attitude.

The Role:
- Servicing and maintenance of Plant machinery
- Specific training provided
- Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
- Optional Saturday overtime if desired
- £35,000 - £42,500 Specific Training Provided, Company benefits
The Person:
- Prior experience on plant equipment
- Knowledge of hydraulics systems
- Commutable to Dunmow nr Braintree
