This is an office based position, you will be tasked with budgeting, designing, schematic design overseeing the preconstruction department and helping the company grow by bringing in more projects than ever before.
This would suit someone from a commercial or industrial construction background, looking for further development and a step up into overseeing the preconstruction operations a well renowned company.
