Are you a Maintenance Technician with process improvement experience, ready to step into a senior role overseeing state-of-the-art high-speed assembly lines and driving enhancements across the entire plant?

In this role, you'll be the subject matter expert on the company's largest and fastest automated line, collaborating closely with maintenance to manage scheduling, spare parts, and inventory. With plans to add three more high-speed assembly lines, you'll play a crucial role in driving process improvements to support this expansion.
This role is perfect for a Maintenance technician with process improvement experience who's ready to step into management and lead maintenance teams.
The Role:
- Clear path to Department Head role

- Drive plant growth by supporting the addition of new high-speed assembly lines

- Strong project management experience
- Experience with maintenance and high speed assembly lines
- Experience improving efficiencies, processes and plant layout
