The Role:
- Process improvement for production lines.
- Interfacing with different levels of the organization as well as customers.
- Onboarding and mentorship from seasoned engineers.
The Candidate:
- Process engineering experience from a Chemicals background.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical preferred).
- Eager to progress through either management or technical tracks.
