Process Engineer - SMT - Progress to VP of Engineering
$120,000 - $150,000 + Bonus + Training + Progression + 401k + Healthcare Package

Are you a Process Engineer with experience in a Surface-Mount Technology Manufacturing environment looking to take on an exciting new opportunity that allows you the chance to progress into the VP of Engineering at an exciting and growing company.

In this role you will be tasked with working with supervisors on helping de bug issues with equipment, proactively programming Surface-mount equipment and printers, troubleshooting machinery on the manufacturing floor and take the lead on all of the above duties, as the senior Process Engineer.

The Role
- Working with supervisors on helping to de bug issues with SurfaceMount machines.
- Troubleshooting and identifying problems with equipment.
- Working with state of the art manufacturing equipment.
- Proactively programming equipment.
The Person
- Experience working with SurfaceMount ( SMT ) technology.
- Technical understanding of the functions of machinery both mechanically, electrically and software.
- Previous experience with PCB's
- Experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
