The company is a leading chemical manufacturer with a great reputation. Due to their ongoing success they are looking to bring in someone who will help with their supplier relations.
The role would suit someone from a purchasing, supply chain, procurement or sales background with experience in the chemical industry.
The role:
- Build new supplier relationships
- Manage existing relationships
- Evaluate what chemicals will be used and put in orders at the best price to arrive on time
The candidate:
- Purchasing / Supply Chain / Procurement background
- Any experience with water treatment, energy, surfactant or paints / coatings
- Looking to play a key role with autonomy and trust to carry out changes
