In this role, you will collaborate closely with all departments to ensure the efficient, safe, and timely production of high-quality products.
This position would be ideal for a Production or Plant Manager/Supervisor from a manufacturing background, ready to join a high-growth organization. You'll oversee 4 production supervisors and indirectly manage approximately 120 shop floor employees.

The role:
- Oversee 4 Production Supervisors as well as indirectly managing 120 production staff.
- Planning, coordination, and control of all production activities in the plant.
- Responsible for customer interaction regarding supply chain efficiency, recovery plans and rate reviews.
The candidate:
- Production Management Experience in Manufacturing
- Strong Communication skills with all levels of an organization
- BS in Business Management or similar, or technical (engineering) preferred.
