Production Manager
$125,000 - $140,000 + Excellent Benefits Package

Are you a Production Manager, looking for a hands on role with a market leading organization offering long term progression to Director level?
This is an excellent opportunity to drive whole site improvements across 100 strong site and develop new lean and manufacturing skills; through internal training programs and external courses.

On offer is a varied role where you will be responsible for managing a team of up to 100 indirect reports. You will play a key role in process improvements, utilising lean manufacturing techniques to help increase productivity and profitability.
This role would suit an experienced Manager, from a Heavy Engineering or Automotive background, looking to join a growing organization offering structured progression and further training on leadership and manufacturing certifications.
The Role:
*Responsible for 6 direct reports and 100 indirect reports
*General supervision for all phases of production
*Increasing productivity and profitability across the site
The Candidate:
*Experience Production / Plant / Branch Manager
*Welding / Fabrication / Assembly / Automotive background
*Wants training and progression
