You'll manage scheduling, provide training, and coach your team to achieve production goals while fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
This role would suit a production supervisor from any production/manufacturing background with leadership experience seeking a fast-paced environment with a clear path to becoming a Shift Superintendent.
The Role:
- Supervise a dynamic team of 10-15 employees to meet production goals
- Track KPI's, improve efficiencies and schedule equipment maintenance
- 2nd shift (2:30 - 11:45) Monday - Friday
The Person:
- Production supervisor with some mechanical experience.
- Manufacturing or production background
- Looking to grow and lead a team in the future
