Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift
$80,000 - $88,000 + 15% Bonus+ Excellent Benefits

Are you a Production Supervisor, looking for the chance to be the most senior person on shift and progress in to senior management in the future?
This is an excellent opportunity to manage a shift 50 and receive full industry training and further leadership training to allow you to develop as a Manager.

On offer is fast paced role where you will working closely with your production team as well as the schedulers and the Plant Manager. You will be responsible for all hiring as well as performance managing the team.
This role would suit a Production Supervisor, who wants to join a market leading organization, who offer loads of training and the chance to progress in to a wide range of management roles across the group.
The Role:
*Responsible for managing 50 staff
*Working closely with Schedulers and Plant Manager
*Inventory management, ensuring safety and productivity
*Monday - Friday, 3pm - 12.30am
