£30,000 - £38,000 + Career Progression + Industry Training + 4x Life Insurance + Flexi Hours / Four Day Week + 33 Days Holiday
Workshop based, Commutable from ST Austell, Bodmin, Liskeard, Truo, Newquay and surrounding areas

The Role:
*Overseeing and Driving the Production team of 17 alongside the Operations Manager
*Full Responsibility over management, training, recruitment and operations of production
*Industry training combined with the scope of Director level progression
The Person:
*Previous experience in a Production Setting
*Ambitious and looking to progress their career
