The Role:
- Manage Survey Activities: Coordinate and execute all survey-related tasks for projects, ensuring accurate completion.
- Lead Survey Projects: Direct survey portions of projects, collaborating with the Survey Manager to schedule fieldwork and office tasks.
- Review and Prepare Survey Data: Oversee boundary, topographic, and existing conditions surveys, ensuring all data is precise and compliant.
- Ensure Quality Control: Keep project managers informed of progress and uphold high-quality standards in all survey work.
The Person:
- Professional Land Surveyor license is required.
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field.
- Experience with land surveying techniques and knowledge of local regulations.
- Proficiency in surveying software is desirable, along with project management skills.
