Director of Project Development
Hamburg - Hybrid (Relocation package available)
€100,000 - €120,000 + Profit Share + Stock Options Bonus + Bonuses

As a Project Developer, you will play a crucial role in the successful planning, execution, and implementation of solar projects. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the company whilst also having he ability to implement ideas and be autonomous in nature.
Speaking directly to the CEO and other members of the board, I know they have big goals for Germany and really value this persons contributions. The company started as a small energy developer in the Netherlands now have multiple utility-scale solar parks across Germany, France and Netherlands.
The Role:
- Supporting or leading the development of renewable energy projects
- Applying for permits, feed-in tariffs, and/or power purchase agreements
- Creating contracts for co-development, land leasing, PPAs, etc.
- Building and leading a small team of junior project developers for growth in Germany
The Person:
- Experience in project management of solar projects
- In-depth knowledge of the solar industry, including technical aspects
- Willingness to travel occasionally
