London- Hybrid working

£40,000-£50,000 + Bonus + Development + Holidays + Great Package

This company are an award winning consultancy business that work within the Heat Network sector, providing innovative low carbon heating solutions to a wide variety of clients across the UK. They have built a stellar reputation within their industry and have been consistently growing over the past 10 years, in line with this they are now looking to expand their Building Services team with a new Project Engineer.

In this role you will be designing retrofit projects for non-residential buildings with the aim of lowering their carbon output and increasing heating efficiency. You will be taking design activities from initial concept through to ready to build phase whilst working closely with other teams within the business to ensure project requirements are met.

The ideal candidate will be an M&E design engineer who is degree level educated and working towards their chartership. You will need to have previous experience working in the building services industry and be keen to develop your skills further, experience with the RIBA design process is also required.

The Role:
*Project Engineer
*Working in Building Services division of the business
*Design of retrofitted heat networks for non-residential buildings
*Full design lifecycle (RIBA)
*London based office, 3 days in office per week

The Person:
*Experienced M&E design engineer
*Degree level educated
*Working towards/keen to work towards chartership
*Understanding of RIBA design process
*Heat network experience is preferred
