$150,000-$200,000 (Including 401k + progression and chances for further education)

In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced team members and have the opportunity to further development expanding your expertise within both the residential and commercial industry. In addition, you will have the opportunity to join a company in growth phase as they look to expand further whilst keeping their family feel.
You will be a key member in the team, leading a tightly knitted team to complete new and existing projects. Dealing with sub contactors, deadlines, creating and maintaining scheduling and thinking on your feet. It is a great chance to lead and learn in a growing company as a project manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to take on a role with progression opportunities to senior and director positions, as well as working in a role offering a great salary.
The Person:
- Interpret project plans and specifications, schedules and sub-contractors.
- Experience in a Project Manager or lead superintendent role.
- Previous experience in the residential
The role:
- Administrate all activities of assigned projects.
- Represent the Company at Client or commercial construction industry.
- Want to learn and progress, taking a major position in a growing company
