This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced Project Manager with a commercial or Industrial background looking to spearhead projects and join a company at a very exciting time.
The Role:
- Provide project oversight with superintendents and subcontractors for the day-to-day activities of a project
- Conduct pre-job and continuing planning meetings to ensure progress and schedules are in line
- Attends and Conducts Job meetings according to company and customer schedules.
The Person:
- Experience in managing construction projects
- Ability to manage 3-4 projects at once
- Ability to interpret contracts, plans, schematic diagrams and specifications
