Project Manager (manufacturing)
Twinsburg, OH (Commutable from: Cleveland, Streetsboro, Richfield, Independence, Chagrin Falls)

Do you come from a Continuous Improvements background looking to take a lead role on managing CI efforts through the plant? Are you looking for lots of opportunities for progression within the business?
On offer is an excellent opportunity as you will be given lots of autonomy and trust to carry out the needed changes. You will be working directly with the Director of engineering, providing you with lots of tailored training on industry leading machinery.
In this position you be responsible for developing and enhancing manufacturing processes to improve plant efficiency. You will work on a variety of projects across the manufacturing plant aiming to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Anyone from a continuous improvement, six sigma or project management experience would be well suited to this role. Plastics experience is a plus but not required.
The Position:
- Develop, maintain and improve production processes to improve efficiency
- Work cross functionally with engineering and manufacturing across a variety of projects

The Person:
- Experience in a Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma or production role
- Plastics/Molding experience is a plus but not required
- Experience developing manufacturing processes
- Eager to learn and develop skills further
