Project Manager/Estimator (Relocation Assistance available)

$90,000 - $110,000 + Bonus + Vehicle/Vehicle Allowance + 401(k) + Insurances + Per Diem
Excellent opportunity for a Project Manager/Estimator to join an industry leading construction company, providing the opportunity to work on a range of high-quality sports construction, commercial and municipal projects whilst positioning yourself as a future leader of the company.

This is for a unique General Contractor, highly respected in the midwestern sports construction and commercial concrete sector. With projects in multiple states, they are a trusted partner of Municipalities and private companies alike. With a healthy and exciting pipeline of projects, they are now looking for another Project Manager/Estimator to contribute to the strategic growth of the company.
In this role you will have a fantastic opportunity for progression into a senior leadership role within the company. The Project Management team and it's high quality operation are fundamental to steering the company through their next stages of development.
This role would ideally suit a Project Manager/Estimator who has working knowledge in all areas of construction; concrete, electrical, plumbing and HVAC.

The Role
- Produce and maintain estimates, bids, take-offs, budgets, schedules, change orders and close out documents. Read and understand job plans and specifications
- Overseeing all project staff
- Ensure clear lines of communication with project stakeholders including trades, superintendents, and owners.
- $90,000 - $110,000 + Bonus + Vehicle/Vehicle Allowance + 401(k) + Insurances
The Person
- Concrete, Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC construction experience
- Project Management experience
- Experience on commercial construction projects
- Looking for a long term position to impact the future trajectory of the company
