The Role:
- Lead and manage large-scale water/wastewater infrastructure projects, ensuring high-quality execution, on-time delivery
- Oversee and mentor project engineers and assistant project managers, providing strategic guidance, task delegation, and financial oversight.
- Leverage your expertise to shape the direction of your projects and teams, with opportunities to influence company strategy and eventually lead an office as part of the company's growth plans.
The Candidate:
- Extensive experience as a Project Manager in the water/wastewater sector or similar large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Looking for an autonomous role where you can take full ownership of projects and drive success.
- Ambitious and eager for rapid progression to leadership, with clear pathways to executive-level positions.
