Construction Project Manager
Orange County, Orlando, Florida
$110,000 - 130,000+ Bonus scheme + PTO + Progression to preconstruction or operations leadership + 401k + Healthcare
Exciting opportunity on offer for a Construction Project Manager looking to join a market leading & growing company where you will oversee multiple challenging projects, whilst having the opportunity to develop into operations / preconstruction leadership.

The company are a leading organization in Central Florida providing commercial construction services including build outs, renovations & general contracting. You will have the opportunity to excel with this firm, managing exciting projects & having the chance to grow technically.
In this role you will be working with a future driven team to collaborate on the organization of superintendents, subcontractors and liaising with the VP of construction & design team to understand the drawings & apply what is required to ensure the project runs smoothly. Along with this, you will need to have the ability to work with & liaise clients, provide RFIs & draw up contracts. Also, this Project Manager will be a great communicator & will be required to run multiple projects at one time, from the outset through to completion.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Project Manager for a company that is team focussed & a great place to work. They have exciting plans with an excellent pipeline across the next few years giving the right person a fantastic opportunity to grow & progress technically & build a team to support company growth.
The Role:
- Client facing & representing role
- Directly impact the strategic vision of the company in achieving goals
- Liaising with the site team, superintendents, estimators & design team to ensure the project is running smoothly
- Managing & supplying cost effective solutions to clients
The Person:
- Experienced in new construction / ground up
- Based In Central Florida
- Valid driver license
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal staff, subcontractors & clients
