Property Inspector (Paid Relocation Package)

$75,000 - $85,000 + Mileage + Bonus + Benefits

This company have grown rapidly and developed a strong customer base across Fort Myers, Cape Coral and Sarasota. They offer full-scale engineering consultancy services for a range of clients and are looking to expand their service offering across the state and into new sectors. They have a continuous stream of work and new contracts and as such, require a Property Inspector to come onboard and help with the company's future growth plans.
In this role, you will receive a full 90-day training plan before moving into a hybrid role. You will travel to properties and condominiums, conducting property inspections, structural surveys and reports and work closely with property owners and managers to advise on future financial obligations.
The ideal candidate will have previously conducted property inspections, structural reports (SIRS) or milestone inspections. There is a great chance to receive fully funded progression to become a Professional Engineer.
