This company are highly respected for Designing and Manufacturing excellent products that NASA, The US Government and various other Fortune 500 companies rely on, for some of their most top-secret and critical contracts and projects.
In this role, you will work collaboratively and autonomously with the entire Engineering, Sales and Product Teams, receiving and working on RFP's (Request for Proposal) utilizing your Proposals experience, you will delegate responsibility to the various departments, working together on timely solutions for unique and exciting projects.
This role would suit a Proposals Manager, or Proposals Coordinator, looking to play a key role in this family-feel company, that truly change the future of Aerospace and Defense communications.
The role:
- Receive proposals from customers, working together with Sales, Product and Engineering teams to ensure timely delivery and completion of projects
- Creating Proposal timelines and ensuring customer satisfaction and communication throughout the project
- Ensuring correct content of any and all documentation presented back to the customer
- Monday - Friday (days) with flexible working hours
The person:
- Technical Engineering or Manufacturing Proposals background
- Looking to play a key role in the development of the company
- Comfortable stepping up into further positions of seniority, helping decide future hires and other areas of workforce the business may need
- Ability to obtain a Security Clearance after hire (even better if you have an active clearance already)!
