This is an excellent opportunity to take charge of a quality department in a respected industry leader with a strong reputation. You'll play a key role in developing quality strategies, collaborating with high-profile clients, and managing a talented team across three Massachusetts sites.
This well-established manufacturer operates on a global scale, partnering with blue-chip clients across diverse industries, including aerospace, agriculture, and material handling. This role is ideal for a Quality Manager with manufacturing experience who is eager to drive operational excellence, enhance quality performance, and lead a multi-site team while ensuring the highest industry standards are met.
The Role:
- Managing a quality department of 7 engineers and technicians across 3 facilities.
- Leading continuous improvement, RCAs and Corrective Actions for the company.
- Responsible for auditing and maintaining the quality manual.
The Candidate:
- Quality Assurance and Management experience from a manufacturing background
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or quality management
- Eager to take on a multi-site leadership role within a well-established organization.
