Reporting to the Plant Manager and the Director of Quality you will receive industry specific training and be tasked with improving the reporting structure within the plant. You will responsible for maintaining quality standards across the laboratories and addressing customer quality issues. You will also have the opportunity to grow and lead your own team in the future as the company continues to expand.
This role would suit a Quality Manager looking for a fast paced autonomous role at a market leading company with a clear route to senior management where you can grow and mold a team.
The Role:

- Streamline quality reporting structure within the plant
- Manage quality within the laboratories, products and customer issues
