Quantity Surveyor (Residential)
South-West London, Hybrid once trained
£60,000-£80,000 + Bonus Related Benefits
Excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with a residential background to join a growing, reputable company, working on exciting prime residential and commercial projects in London.
Are you seeking a new and exciting role with a company who specialise in imaginative refurbishments? Do you have experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a residential background? Are you looking to join an expanding company that work on high end projects in and around London?
This is a well-established construction, renovation and architectural company with vast experience in residential and commercial projects, both new build and refurbishment. This is an exciting time to join a growing and expanding company who require a highly motivated individual, keen to work on boutique, intriguing and complex projects.
In this role you will work alongside another quantity surveyor where you will manage all aspects of cost control, including valuations, planning, cost management, and reporting for the construction projects. You'll work closely with project teams to maintain financial accuracy and optimize cost efficiency in their Wandsworth office.
To be considered for this role you must be a great communicator, have strong analytical and numerical abilities, have experience in the UK residential construction industry, along with the relevant quantity surveyor skills.
