In this role you will join a new and growing sales team in order to meet and exceed targets by using your experience, maintaining sales and customer satisfaction by representing clients, researching properties and negotiating.
The Ideal candidate will come from a home builder background and have experience as a real estate broker. They will also have an active license in Arizona.

The Role:
- Maintaining and exceeding targets in terms of sales and satisfaction
- Representing buyers and sellers in transactions
- A deep understanding of the properties in order to match the clients' needs
The Person:
- An active real estate license in the state of Arizona
- Previous experience as a broker
- Willingness to grow with the company
