£25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
Uncapped Commission up to 40% + Training + Progression to Leadership roles

Your Role:
- Lead Generation: Actively seek and identify new business opportunities.
- Client Development: Build and nurture a strong client base through sales.
- Candidate Engagement: Conduct interviews to match top talent with client needs.
- Exceptional Service: Provide outstanding service to clients and candidates alike.
- Industry-Leading Commission: 10-40% uncapped
