$44,000 - $80,000 (OTE $100,00+) + Excellent Commission (up to 40%) + Quick Progression + Training

Rise Technical is a leading recruitment consultancy providing staffing solutions within Engineering and Technical sectors. Since starting in Bristol 19 years ago, we have expanded significantly throughout the UK, with offices now in London and Manchester. Due to the ongoing success of our US teams operating from the UK, we opened our first international office in Miami earlier this year.

This position would suit an experienced recruitment consultant who is looking to for a new challenge that offers uncapped commission and progression through to directorship, within a company that is on the journey to becoming the 'go-to' global technical recruiter.
The details:
- Uncapped commission (up to 40%)
- Rapid progression through to leadership
- Training in our 360 recruitment processes
- Clients: build your client base through cold calling and outbound business development to gain long-term client relationships
- Candidates: Headhunt high-quality candidates for a variety of technical roles, interviewing and managing their interview processes with you clients
- Manage the recruitment process for clients and candidates from start to finish
- Offering an unbeatable service to your clients and candidates whilst acting as a brand ambassador for Rise
