Home based Covering sights along East Birmingham, Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Rutland, Warwickshire, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire, London
£50,000 - £65,000 + Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm + Weekend Rota (1 in 4) + Overtime + Company Van + Benefits + Pension + iPhone + Life Insurance (Inc Immediate Family) + Holiday Allowance + 33-day holiday

You'll be joining a well-established leader in industrial refrigeration services, providing high-quality maintenance and servicing to clients across the Midlands, Home Counties, and Southeast England. This field-based role involves travel across designated regions, managing the maintenance and servicing of industrial refrigeration units, reporting work to the office team, and engaging with clients on-site. The role rarely requires overnight stays, making it ideal for those who prefer a stable work-life balance.

The Role

  • Mobile Industrial Refrigeration Engineer
  • Days-based role door to door, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
  • On-call rotation once per month, with weekend rates to be discussed
  • Field-based role covering the Midlands, Home Counties, and Southeast England, with occasional overnight stays
  • Salary range: £50,000 - £65,000, plus van allowance and overtime opportunities


The Person

  • You must be a fully qualified Refrigeration Engineer with Refrigerant Handling City & Guilds qualification (F-Gas Qualification)
  • Candidates should hold City & Guilds Level 2/3 Refrigeration/Air Conditioning certification
  • Possess an ammonia safe handling certificate
