Regional Sales Manager (Tire Background)
$70,000 - $80,000 + Up to $54,000 Annual Bonus + 401(k) 3% + Fully expensed Health Package +Training + Progression to Directorship + PTO + Vacation

Are you a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager with a passion for driving results and building strong customer relationships?
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales efforts, achieving revenue targets, and fostering long-lasting relationships with valued customers.
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within your designated US region. You will drive growth by developing strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities. This position reports directly to the National Sales Director.
This position gives you the chance to step into autonomous management, having the flexibility to control your earnings and manage customers and your prospects independently. You will have the opportunity to progress with tenure to directorship!
The Role:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, dealerships, and distributors
- Conduct regular field visits to meet clients and customers, provide product demonstrations, establishing new business relations and growing the brand.
The Person:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Washington/ Oregon region to meet clients and events and business development ventures, (90% Travel)
- Background in Aftermarket automotive manufacturing highly preferred (Tire)
