Reliability Engineering Manager
$150,000 - $170,000 + Bonus + Excellent Company Benefits

Are you a Reliability Manager looking to join an international company where you will lead an expert team and play a key role in engineering operations on a multi-million dollar site?

The company are leaders within the energy industry and have grown consistently, they are looking for a Reliability Manager to help spearhead this growth.
You will design, develop and implement maintenance strategies and reliability programmes, while managing an expert team of Engineers to help the site achieve it's goals.
This role would suit a Reliability Engineering Manager looking to step up into a senior role in a massive company, gain training opportunities and maximise earnings with bonuses.
The Role:
- Lead efficiency functions for the plants, implementing standard processes and procedures
- Manage and mentor a team of Reliability Engineers
- Monday - Thursday 40-hour work week, flexible hours
The Person:
- Reliability Manager
- Chemical manufacturing experience
- Interested in internal training and career progression
