£35,000 - £50,000 + Progression + Training + Growing Company + Pension + 25 Holidays


A brilliant role in a leading company on offer where you can use autonomy to write your own script and play an influential part in the company's growth and future plans.

This company are leaders in the automation industry. They have grown exponentially over the last couple of years and are looking to continue their exciting growth with the addition of a Research and Development Engineer.

In this role you will work on challenging problems and present new ideas to the engineering team suggesting new feature developments for a range of automotive systems. Showcasing your skills with Analogue & Digital Electronics Design, PCB Design and Power Electronics will be a big part of the technical side of the role. Other duties include investigate new opportunities for the company, reverse engineer a product and provide solutions to rectify issues with a product.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced R & D Engineer with both hardware and software knowledge and experience of working with Analogue & Digital Electronic Design, PCB Design and Power Electronics. You will ideally have a degree in electronics or automotive engineering and be commutable to Colchester.

The Role:

The Person:

  • Experienced R&D Engineer with hardware and software knowledge
  • Proficient in Analogue & Digital Electronic Design, PCB Design, and Power Electronics
  • Ideally holds a degree in electronics or automotive engineering
  • Must be commutable to Colchester
