This is an exceptional opportunity for an a highly motivated Construction Sales Director to work alongside a leading modular construction company who design, manufacture and install a unique range of modular buildings.

On offer is the chance to become an integral part of a top-tier modular construction company, taking on a Director role in the Sales team. In this capacity, you will play a pivotal role within a rapidly expanding company, all while enjoying a generous salary, exceptional commission scheme and benefits package.

This company are leading off-site construction specialists who have established a great reputation in the UK and consistently create high quality modular buildings, working in a number of sectors, which has led to fast growth of the business. They predominantly work within healthcare, education and many more sectors. Due to this expansion, they are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Sales Director to join the team.

In this office based role your main responsibility will be to manage the sales team and Regional Sales Managers. You will be responsible for all sales related tasks and activities in the company. You will be tasked with ensuring the business is profitable, whilst continuously developing sales strategy. You will be working closely with the Commercial Director and MD to understand, implement and deliver the sales strategy. In this role you will ensure priority actions are set out each day, checking next actions align with targets, managing workload between different members of the team, as well as developing team members.

The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience at a high level position. It is imperative that you have strong relationship building skills in the construction or modular sector with proven ability to win work and secure future works. You will have previous experience working in a sales or business development based role, in the construction sector.
