Technical Sales Engineer ( CNC / Cutting Tools & Machining)

$65,000 - $70,000 + UP to $35,000 Commission ($105k OTE) + Industry-Leading Training & Benefits + 401(K) + Progression + PTO + Product Expert + Key Account Management

Are you an Engineer with a background in CNC machining, cutting tools, or metalworking, looking to transition into a sales-driven role where you can apply your technical expertise to increase your earnings and quickly progress to management?

The Role:

  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and managing key client relationships.
  • Provide technical expertise on cutting tools, carbide inserts, and machining solutions to customers in manufacturing.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and training to showcase performance and benefits.
  • Collaborate with sales, R&D, and technical teams to develop tailored solutions based on customer needs.
  • Act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure optimal product integration and satisfaction.

The Person:

  • Engineering background with experience in machining, metal cutting, or tooling applications.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Passion for technical sales, business development, and customer engagement.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and attend industry events.
