Sales Manager

Remote - Based in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Colorado, New Mexico,

$125,000 - $145,000 + Commission + Progression + Training + Benefits

Are you a Sales Manager looking for an autonomous role where you will have the ability to develop and drive growth over a large territory, and lead a small team of solution based business development professionals?

Continually growing their operations, they are now hiring a Sales Manager to take a pivotal position within the organization.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be leading a small team of Business Development and Account Manager to further push and develop the territory. You will be working with manufacturers reps to drive targets and support their sales. You will be developing the strategy for the territory and market of which to attack and how.

You will be a Sales Manager, who has sold into industries such as oil and gas, refineries, petrochemical, process equipment, chemical. You will also have sold products such as instrumentation, flow controls, pressure/temperature sensors or similar.

The Role:
*Oversee and drive sales for the territory (western USA) for a range of products into varied markets
*Lead and develop a small sales team of remote professionals
*Work with manufacturers reps and end user OEMs.
*Develop and implement the sales strategy for the territory
*Travel requirement of 50%

The Person:
*Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Account Manager
*Previous experience selling flow controls, instrumentation, field instruments, pressure sensors, temperature controls or associated equipment
*Ability to lead and develop a small team
*Ability to travel 50% of the time across different states
