Senior Sales Manager DACH (M/F/X)

Germany (Remote with travel)

Negotiable salary + Bonus + Holiday + Pension + Company Car

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales professional, who is looking to be part top international company, within the area of Data Centre infrastructure in Germany and DACH region.

The company is a leading full-service provider of secured power supplies for the telecom, data centre, and industrial applications sectors. They have over 130 years of experience as the company group, working with clients around the world as a leading provider of energy supply solutions.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic and results-oriented Sales professional, who has already built a network within Data Centre infrastructure within the DACH region. You will be responsible for engaging new clients, developing sales strategy, market analysis, revenue growth of a new sector and customer relationship management.

The role:

  • Responsible for the achievement of the Sales target in the territory with operational sales capabilities etc.
  • Create and develop value propositions based on customer's pain points or technical or commercial
  • Sales & Business Development of DCS Product Range by extending Support to the partners
  • Connect with End Customer, Contractor and Consultants to increase visibility of opportunities and Delta DCS Products to boost DCS Business
  • Develop Solution Business by engaging relevant stake holders and supporting technically as well as commercially


The person:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in the data centre industry related infrastructure (USP and cooling systems).
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Experience within the DACH region.
  • Fluent in German and English, other languages is a plus.
