This position offers the chance to mold and lead a department, with the authority to develop and grow the current team of key managers and personnel. You'll have the opportunity to train, coach, and mentor staff, putting your own stamp on the business, and receiving full leadership training to develop further into senior directorship.
The Role:
- Step into Leadership: Manage and grow a team, including the Operations Manager and Asset Manager, with full control to drive sales and operations.
- Team Development: Shape the future of the department by developing individuals through training, coaching, and goal setting.
- Operational & Sales Management: Oversee daily operations and sales strategies, with a focus on client relationships, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
- Full Support & Training: Receive continuous management training, allowing you to refine your leadership skills and progress further into senior roles.
- Progression to Directorship: This role is designed for growth, with clear pathways to advance to Senior Director or higher-level positions.
The Person:
- Experienced in leading Sales or Operations teams, with a proven track record of success in the industrial equipment rental or boiler industry.
- Capable of managing and growing a team, with experience in staff training and development.
- A strategic thinker, ready to take full control of a department and put your own stamp on the business.
- Financially savvy, with experience in P&L management and driving profitability.
