Security Infrastructure Engineer
UK Remote
£50,000 - £55,000 + Training + Progression + Benefits
An excellent opportunity awaits an individual with strong experience in Security Technical Infrastructure and System Design to join a leading security systems integrator in a role offering excellent training and development opportunities, progression routes, and company-wide benefits.
This company is an established security systems integrator known for delivering security solutions to infrastructure projects across the UK.
In this role, you will take on a mix of technical system design, proposal development, and operational support responsibilities as part of the technical design team, working collaboratively with other departments. You will design and develop robust, tailored security systems that meet customer specifications by conducting surveys, developing proposals, selecting appropriate technologies, and preparing project documentation. This is a remote-based role with a monthly requirement to visit the company's site in Derby.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the design, development, and implementation of electronic security systems. They will also possess extensive technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, software, and data centre technologies.

The Role:
*Design, development, and implementation of security systems.
*Conduct surveys, create technical documentation and specifications, and manage procurement.

*Attend monthly meetings at the company's Derby site.

*Extensive experience and technical understanding of security systems.
*Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking.
*Experience in developing detailed technical documentation and specifications.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Resides within a commutable distance of Derby.
