Grand Junction, Colorado
$120k - $140K + Training + Bonus + PTO, Sick & Holiday + Healthcare (Dental, Vision) + 401(k), Progression into Senior Civil Engineer II (Technical Lead)

In this role you will be responsible for technical & design planning, develop scopes & schedules, manage & review the designs produced by the team, spending time out of the office building relationships & generating opportunities whilst managing current client satisfaction.
This role would suit a Senior Civil Engineer looking to technically advance and progress their career & lead a team. This person must be open to new challenges and work autonomously on exciting projects covering multiple sectors.
The Position:
- Leading the campaigns for engaging & reading future clients
- Leading the project from proposal to post project satisfaction
- Lead a small team of Civil Design staff
- Business development & winning new business
The Person:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- P.E Licence
- Experienced with client development
- Local to Grand Junctions or open to relocation to Grand Junctions, CO
