Senior Estimator
Potters Bar, London
£50,000 - £55 000 + Benefits Package

This company have built a strong reputation in their field for delivering high-quality work within a variety of sectors throughout the civil engineering and construction field. Having continued their growth over the last few years and with a number of exciting projects on the horizon, they now require a Senior estimator with knowledge of facades to join the team.
In this role you will be based in their head office in Potters Bar, playing a crucial part in exciting projects which will range in size working alongside the Commercial Manager. Working closely with the team, you will help to complete quantity take-offs, prepare tenders where required, analyse and compare supplier quotes and negotiate pricing, and prepare detailed cost estimates.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an estimator within the construction industry, having worked on a facade project or for a sub-contractor in the industry.

The Role:
-Senior Estimator
-Estimating and controlling costs
-Procuring materials
-Prepare Bill of Quants and provide detailed budgets for projects
-Working closely with the Commercial Manager
The person:
-Previous experience as an Estimator
-Construction / Facades / Externals background
-Driving license
