Senior Full Stack Developer (React / Next.JS)
Charlotte - North Carolina (On-site)
Salary - $160,000 - $200,000 + Equity + Healthcare + 401K + PTO
Are you a Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in React and Next.js, looking to take ownership of high-impact projects in a fast growing AI start-up?

In this role you will develop and maintain high-performance applications using React, Next.js and Node.js. You will take ownership of technical architecture whilst working closely with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and implement innovative solutions. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior developers and progress into lead and management roles as this company grows.

The Role:
*Lead technical architecture
*Design and develop with React, Next.js & Express
*Mentor junior developers
*5 days a week on-site in Charlotte, NC
The Person:
*Experience with React & Next.js
*Experience with TypeScript, Node.js & Express.js
*Experience with AWS
*Knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes
