Are you a Program Manager looking for a leadership role working across complex engineering projects with further career progression and training?
On offer is the chance to play a vital role in overseeing engineering teams across a market leading product range serving the aerospace and aviation industry.
In this position you will lead cross-functional teams to ensure the success of various strategic projects and programs. You will be responsible for implementing a structured product development process and acting as the primary, project-specific point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
You will be responsible for ensuring your team meets all project requirements including: scope, cost, and time expectations.
The ideal candidate will have a background in complex manufacturing (preferably aerospace), with aspirations for long-term progression whilst making a significant impact to the product development team.

The Person:
* Program Manager
* Background in Aerospace, Defense, Automotive or similar complex manufacturing environment
* PMP Certification
* Bachelor's Degree
