Quantity Surveyor
Barrow-in-Furness, office-based
£60,000-£75,000 + Car + Further Training + Progression Benefits
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a renowned local contractor in their high-growth civil engineering division.

This renowned local contractor has specialised in groundworks and civil engineering projects for over 40 years. They are a family-run business with a close-knit working environment which makes it the ideal place to work for someone who enjoys working as a team and independently. Due to a strong order book, the business is now recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their highly motivated team.
In this role, you will undertake a series of commercial tasks across several projects simultaneously from cradle to grave. You will be primarily office-based, with some travel to the site.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the Construction industry, you will be willing to be office-based and live a commutable distance from Barrow-in-Furness.

The Role:
- Managing all commercial elements of multiple projects simultaneously
- Tenders, method statements, and stakeholder management
- Working on Civil Engineering projects
- Primarily office-based, with some site travel
The Person
- Quantity Surveying experience
- Full UK Drivers license
- Commutable distance from Barrow-in-Furness
