On offer is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Reliability Engineer with strong product development experience to join a rapidly expanding start-up.
This company are a deep-decarbonization company building next level reactors that use light to deliver lower-carbon, lower-cost solutions for chemical providers. Their mission is to create a cleaner world and prevent a gigaton of CO2 from entering the atmosphere by 2040.

This role would suit a Senior Reliability Engineer looking to utilize their skills and experiences in a fast-paced and dynamic role and business!
The role:
*Develop and implement tests to assess product reliability and value, aiming to optimize lifecycle costs, performance, and durability.
*Analyse data from reliability and lifecycle tests to enhance product durability and cost-efficiency.
*Conduct risk assessments that consider functionality, safety, lifecycle costs, and value.
*Investigate product failures with a focus on reliability and lifecycle, proposing solutions to enhance longevity and performance.
*Implement strategies to improve reliability, extend product life, and reduce costs using value engineering.
The Person:
*Petrochemical, Semiconductor or Refining background
*Accelerated lifetime testing experience
*Leadership experience
*Proficiency with statistical analysis tools such as JMP, Minitab or similar
