My client is a seed stage company that is developing an AI-powered platform, that enables users to create dynamic character videos by transforming text, images, or voice inputs into animated content. Through its cutting-edge AI models, it enables the creation of lifelike and customizable human characters.
As a Senior Research Engineer, you will implement and test 3DVAE and video diffusion models, support data preparation and preprocessing for model training and ensuring efficient handling of video datasets. Lastly, you will optimize model performance across diverse GPU architectures, ensuring scalability for large-scale training.

The Role:
* Start-up with 8 figure seed funding and strong revenues
* Develop, refine, and optimize 3DVAE and video diffusion machine learning models
* Manage data preprocessing and preparation for model training, ensuring efficient handling of large-scale video and 3D datasets.
* Experiment to assess model performance, refine methodologies, and drive continuous improvement
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the team

The Person:
* Strong experience with 3DVAE and video diffusion models
* Experience with Python, PyTorch OR TensorFlow
* Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, with a focus on data-driven ML.
