Service Manager (Electrical) - Progression to Directorship
$70,000-$90,000 + Bonuses (based on profit) + Progression to Directorship + Company Vehicle + 401k + No Overnight Travel - all local work

Are you an experienced Electrician looking to step up into a leading position or already in Management looking to for routes of progression into Directorship? You will play a key role within the success of the business and will benefit from a profit based bonus scheme.
This is a rewarding role for a growing company where you will have a small team of Electricians working closely with the President of the business. The company are keen to progress an ambitious individual into Directorship to help grow the company even further.
This company are electrical specialists, they are renowned for doing work the right way and working on a range of electrical systems on residential and commercial projects.
On offer is the chance to manage a team of technicians with fully autonomy contributing directly to the growth of the business.

The Role:
- Fully autonomous with a variety of in-house and site based work
- Progression path to Director role
- Leading a close knit team of technicians
The Candidate:
- You will have Residential Electrical experience
- Managerial experience preferred although not essential if you are looking to progress
- Looking to join a company in a rewarding role where you can directly impact the success of the business
