Service Technician (Wind Turbines)
€40,000 + 1.5x Overtime + Bonus + OEM Training + 34 Days Holiday + Pension + Mobile + Laptop
Location: Toughbaun, Co.Cork
(commutable locations: Drinagh, Toughbaun, Dromdaleague, Skibbereen, Bantry, Dunmanway)
Are you a skilled Electrical, Mechanical or agricultural Technician looking for a role with dedicated and structured and training, technical development to specialist senior positions with a large globally leading Wind turbine company?
This company are looking for Service technicians with electrical / mechanical / hydraulic skills who want to train and advance their skills further with an industry leading and internationally recognised company.
Candidates which have Agricultural, HGV and Ex forces should also apply.

This large multinational have numerous turbine sites across the whole of the UK & IRE and employ 10,000 globally. This is a field based position and need to be located within 1 hour drive of Toughbaun, county Cork Ireland. You will be part of two-person team you will cover the main site at Kilaveenogue however there may be occasional requirements to cover sites across the region.
This role would suit an Electrical, Mechanical Agricultural or HGV Technician looking to advance your skills further against a structured training program, have fantastic routes of personal and technical development with an industry recognised multi-national company who specialise in Wind Turbine power generation.

- Physically demanding position, working at heights
The Person:
- Electrical / Mechanical Qualification (FETAC Level 6)
- Hydraulics skills (Desirable but not essential)
- MUST be 1 hours drive from Kilaveenoge, Toughbaun, Co.Cork
- Good Level of personal fitness and able to pass a Working at Heights Medical (Chester step test)
- Full Irish B Driving License
