45,000 - 50,000 + Company Car (Ford Ranger)+ 10% Bonus + Overtime

An exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join a specialist Civil Engineer contractor who work on a variety of unique projects for a strong stable Client based within thriving company who are dominating the bridge repair industry.

This family run Civil Engineering contractor dominate Civil Engineering market specialising in Structural and Temporary works through Scotland's bridges working on projects up to 2M. Being one of the few specialist and therefore have contracts with public sector clientele allowing them to double turnover and provide a stable pipeline of work. Due to the increase in projects they're looking for a Site Manager or Agent to join the team.
Overseeing Sites you will be responsible for producing project schedules, organise Material and resource, creating and managing work systems whilst overseeing direct and sub contract labour ensuring health and safety on site and keeping the client updated with progress.
The ideal person will have a strong Civils background with Site Management experience looking to join a growing contractor with a strong pipeline of work where you will work on unique projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Site Manager to demonstrate organisational and management skills within a company with strong values where you can increase earning through overtime, a bonus and career progression.
